I am worried my dermatologist was to aggressive he said the redness was normal but it’s been a month, i have a follow up in two weeks i am worried the marks will not go away i have not found anyone online with red marks a month after :( both the microneedling with prp and fraxel co2 laser was done in one day together.

This is because the deeper the resurfacing, the longer for the recovery process to be complete. You look like you are healing very well, albeit still red. With time, the redness will fade.
