What is the difference between Vanquish and Vanquish ME?

Is Vanquish ME more advanced and more effective? I am trying to get pricing on getting a Vanquish treatment and found out that the provider I like has only the Vanquish (I guess older model) machine and not the newer Vanquish ME. Are the results of the older and newer machine the same or are they different?
