Is Vanquish ME more advanced and more effective? I am trying to get pricing on getting a Vanquish treatment and found out that the provider I like has only the Vanquish (I guess older model) machine and not the newer Vanquish ME. Are the results of the older and newer machine the same or are they different?

If there has been PAH with any non-surgical fat reduction, I would only consider a form of liposuction to guarantee removal of fat cells permanently. You will risk PAH with any energy based non-surgical system.
