Good day, From looking at my pictures I noticed my Maxila is fairly recessed and concave. One of the main causes I hear pointed as causes of recessed Maxilas are underbites. However, my bite is fairly even with me using braces back in 2018-2020. This seems to rule out orthodontics as a solution. Curious what other options are on the table to lessen that concave look? (Surgeries, fillers, etc.)
