Thank you for your question. It is hard to provided with a valid medical opinion without photos. I would suggest to be treated by board certificated plastic surgeon with experience in this procedure, to get the best desired results.Kind Regards,Dr. Emmanuel Mallol Cotes.-
It really depends on your natural body shape. If you are boxy to begin with, the procedure may give you more contour and definition of your waist but may not achieve a distinct hourglass shape, depending on your goal.
Unfortunately, you have not provided photographs or told us your height and weight. However, it is possible to achieve a hourglass figure depending on your starting point. If you are not planning future pregnancies, I recommend abdominoplasty with mesh reinforcement. The mesh creates a more hourglass figure by compressing the abdominal wall resulting in early satiety and helps maintain a reduced weight.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
Dear AlmondHoneyMilk,it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
It is possible to achieve an hourglass figure with a tummy tuck, but often involves combining liposuction and it greatly depends on the anatomy of the patient. If you are interested in the procedure, I would consult with a plastic surgeon in person or virtually so they may access you and help determine how to achieve the result you desire.
It depends on your body anatomy. Without photos and benefit of physical exam- it's impossible to comment accurately. Depending on the pre-op diagnosis, sometimes a combination of tummy tuck and liposuction can significantly improve, resculpt the abdomen and waste areas, however the skeletal structure and other pre-op conditions can limit improvements
Thank you for sharing your question. It is possible based on the underlying bony anatomy of a patient but also typically requires liposuction to refine the results. I would seek out in-person consultations to get the best advice for your specific case. Best wishes!
Healthy people at their ideal weight should have the best overall recovery from a tummy tuck AND lipo, but some of this will depend upon the surgical technique and adherence to postoperative protocols. The patient must have adequate skin elasticity to allow for skin retraction after surgery. If the waist was smaller at one time, the waist can likely be reduced to those same measurements or smaller provided the muscular and fascial integrity has remained the same. A TT with muscle tightening will create a flat abdomen and would also provide the benefit of placing your incision along the lower pubic region; it also creates a more youthful belly button. The incision that is made is very low, below C-section scars, which can be removed at the time of the TT.
Hello and thank you for your question. The Hourglass Tummy Tuck provides a stunning curvaceous body silhouette by combining three procedures into one. Tummy Tuck, Liposculpture, and Brazilian Butt Lift. In general, the Tummy Tuck will remove the excess fat and skin from the abdomen. The muscles are then tightened with strong sutures in a corset type fashion. Giving a tighter and firmer appearance. Combining extensive liposuction of the hip love handles, protruding thighs, and redundant back rolls, will give a more dramatic result. The fat is harvested from these areas and is transferred to the buttocks for enhancement. Giving you the desired hourglass profile. I hope this helps! Always make sure to do an in person consult with a board certified plastic surgeon with lots of experience with these procedures.
Thanks for your question. The goal of the Tummy Tuck is getting an hourglass shape, according to the condition of the patient, and having realistic expectations. The procedure, associated with Liposuction, eliminates the fat from the belly and waist and stretches the skin for achieving a beautiful body contour. At the same time, you can have a BBL for butt augmentation. Consult a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area. Good luck!
Thank you for sharing your question. Your G6PD needs to be thoroughly understand and evaluated for the severity of the disease as a portion of the liposuction medications used may need to be avoided in you, as well as certain types of anesthesia. It is likely safer to have your procedure done...
Hello, Thank you for sharing the information, it is a pleasure for me to answer your question. Definitely the most appropriate is to start (tummy tuck, liposuction and BBL can also be included), you are a candidate perfect, for the procedure, with this you can eliminate all localized fat and...
Hi there, Absorbable sutures such as PDS and monocryl are often used. These sutures dissolve and do not need to be removed post op.
