The tummy tuck will remove excess fat and skin as well as address any abdominal wall laxity. Liposuction can be added to further enhance your contours. The surgeon must work within your natural anatomy, but certainly focus can be made to help shape your waist and hips as much as possible.

Unfortunately, you have not provided photographs or told us your height and weight. However, it is possible to achieve a hourglass figure depending on your starting point. If you are not planning future pregnancies, I recommend abdominoplasty with mesh reinforcement. The mesh creates a more hourglass figure by compressing the abdominal wall resulting in early satiety and helps maintain a reduced weight.
