Is it possible to achieve an hourglass figure with the tummy tuck procedure?

It really depends on your natural body shape. If you are boxy to begin with, the procedure may give you more contour and definition of your waist but may not achieve a distinct hourglass shape, depending on your goal.

Unfortunately, you have not provided photographs or told us your height and weight. However, it is possible to achieve a hourglass figure depending on your starting point. If you are not planning future pregnancies, I recommend abdominoplasty with mesh reinforcement. The mesh creates a more hourglass figure by compressing the abdominal wall resulting in early satiety and helps maintain a reduced weight.

Depending on the pre-op diagnosis, sometimes a combination of tummy tuck and liposuction can significantly improve, resculpt the abdomen and waste areas, however the skeletal structure and other pre-op conditions can limit improvements
