More important with the "look" is if your tissues can safely hold that size of an implant.  If the implant selected is too large or wide for your skin and tissues to hold, unpredictable things can happen that often result in a second, more expensive and involved surgery.See a plastic surgeon to assess and measure your tissues and discuss what is possible. 

Tall women with larger frames and broader chest, shoulders, and hips can often handle larger implants that would make smaller women's chests look overcrowded and heavier. I would recommend that you go with the size that boosts your self-esteem, and fits your anatomy. Implants of 600cc and higher will create more tissue thinning over time, have more potential for rippling, more potential for bottoming out, greater likelihood of breast lift revisions, etc.

The key to proper size selection is measuring your chest, communicating your desired goals with your PS based on goal/wish pics that you bring in and show them, and finally trying on the implant sizers with a surgical bra in the office. It's a process but it works- that way you make sure you get the size and results you want- make sure your PS hears you!!

Being a C/D cup and adding 600cc of volume will leave you quite large. Implants are heavy and over time will stretch the lower pole of your breasts.It’s difficult to say exactly what size/shape implant you’ll need without a physical exam, but be sure to discuss in detail with your plastics surgeon your goals.Good luck!

I would stick to the smaller size 600 cc. That’s already quite large in my opinion. If implants aren’t too large they will sag and stretch the skin out.

Thank you for your question and photographs.  Breast implant selection is an exciting, but stressful part of the breast augmentation process as there are so many choices. Unfortunately it is impossible to recommend the best implant style, size or shape without an in-person examination that allows for the measurement of key breast parameters, as well as permits an in-depth discussion as to your desired goals and outcome. I would recommend continuing to discuss your sizing with your ASPS board certified plastic surgeon to ensure that the implants you decide upon are the right ones to meet your expectations.  650-700cc implants are quite large and would likely leave you much larger than your inspiration photograph. Best wishes! 

Implants alone would be inadequate.  Your breasts are low on the chest wall and would be better off with a lift instead of implants.  The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method.  This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage.  Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained.  Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.  Implants are not lifetime devices.  8% fail within the first year and 30% fail within six years.  Fat transfers are permanent and incorporated into the body.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.

breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small.You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals.

There are many different factors that go into choosing a breast implant size which will correspond with your body dimensions while concurrently achieving your aesthetic results. Some of these factors are: Implant size (CC's), Implant profile (Low, Moderate, High), Placement of the implant (Subglandular vs. Dual Plane) etc. We utilize smooth round cohesive silicone gel 'gummy bear' implants for the best results. 

During a consultation your aesthetic goals are heard and taken into account with the measurements of your breasts and the integrity of your tissue, as well as level of ptosis (sag). From here we collectively can find your 'perfect fit'.

 I usually recommend that my patients stop smoking, take vitamin C daily, and avoid aspirin/ibuprofen and vitamin E 3 weeks prior to surgery.
