I have mimimum to medium breast tissue but and I am saggy due to huge weight loss. I am 115 lb, 5'5 height and wear a 34 A bra. I wanna go big to have a full busty 34DDD or 34E look. Will 500cc high profile be accurate for me?
Answer: 500 cc implants are too heavy for low breasts Your breasts are too low on the chest wall for augmentation alone. The technique I recommend is a lift using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired. Implants are not lifetime devices. 8% fail within the first year and 30% fail within six years. Fat transfers are permanent and incorporated into the body.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Large breast augmentation Selecting a breast implant involves much more than just the volume (cc’s). Be sure to discuss with a Board certified plastic surgeon. Measurements of the breast width, evaluation of the torso height, and patient goals are all important too.In your case, you’d be best off with a higher profile implant, possibly even a highly cohesive implant, to achieve a large, augmented look. It’s difficult to know from one picture alone whether 500cc;would be accurate. Best discussed in consultation with your surgeon.

Answer: I'm 24, 5'5 and 115 lbs, is 500c high profile OK Thank you for your question and photographs. I think you are starting from an excellent position and should anticipate a nice result. Breast implant selection is an exciting, but stressful part of the breast augmentation process as there are so many choices. Unfortunately it is impossible to recommend the best implant style, size or shape without an in-person examination that allows for the measurement of key breast parameters, as well as permits an in-depth discussion as to your desired goals and outcome. I would "try on" several implant sizes and profiles so that you can have a better visual representation as to what they would look like, knowing that you will lose some overall size with the required breast lift. Hope this helps.

Answer: Implant size Dear shiro3419, breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small. You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals. Answer: Breast augmentation Hi, thank you for sharing your question. You are a great candidate for breast augmentation, but the best size and shape of the implant is determined along with your plastic surgeon after measurements are taken of your breasts. It is difficult to say whether a 500cc HP implant will be the right one for you. Your breasts are not entirely symmetric right now, which may change what you decide. I find it helpful to use a Vectra 3D simulation to show patients what specific implants would look like in their body. I hope this helps. Best of luck!
