18 days post TT. fell off my porch& having intense burning stingy sharp pains &have been getting the chills all day Why?(photos)

When I fell off my porch last night I landed on my knees & hands I obviously clinched up my body & muscles. I felt immediate pain and pull in my muscle repair around my BB. I do have a lot of swelling which I expected but now I feel cold and keep getting chills w/ goosebumps over my whole body. My temp is 99.2 which isn't fever but My body temp runs low, and has my whole life. I am also having more intense burning pulling stingy feeling around my drain sites & part of incision right above.
