Question

When I fell off my porch last night I landed on my knees & hands I obviously clinched up my body & muscles. I felt immediate pain and pull in my muscle repair around my BB. I do have a lot of swelling which I expected but now I feel cold and keep getting chills w/ goosebumps over my whole body. My temp is 99.2 which isn't fever but My body temp runs low, and has my whole life. I am also having more intense burning pulling stingy feeling around my drain sites & part of incision right above.

Trauma to any surgical area just a few weeks after surgery is always going to cause the burning and stinging that you describe.  Would get in to see your surgeon about any concerns with abnormal swelling that is worsening or fevers.  Pictures help, but an exam by your surgeon is definitely the best way to ensure no problems.
