Scratches on Veneers

Question

I had veneers done 4 months ago… I use the Oral B electric toothbrush on sensitive setting and Supersmile toothpaste. I already have 4 deep scratches. I have an appt with my dentist but am just curious if this could be from technique? I have researched a ton and I am not doing anything that says you can scratch them. Thank u in advance
