We see people with similar problems everyday. Your issue is you've got acne scarring with hollowing thin skin and cratering. I agree with your idea of using a biostimulator filler like Sculptra or dilute Radiesse. On top of that several sessions of Morpheus 8 will be very good at tightening the skin and improving your appearance. There may be a rule for laser along the way, but this is how I would start.
