Which laser & filler procedures would you recommend for my rolling acne scars and fine lines when I smile? (Photo)

I have tried subcision (3 sessions), Fraxel Dual (2 sessions), Viva Venus RF Microneedling and many sessions of Skinpen (even with PRP), but no luck in getting results. I'm now looking for a new dermatologist and considering Sculptra and Morpheus8, but moving forward I would like to hear my best options. Attached smile photos are to highlight my fine lines and show how my skin creases. I've read about Halo, M8, Bellafill, Sculptra, TCA & Phenol cross but just don't know what to do now.

If the scar is recent, that is great news. Some lasers will help temporarily, look into Morpheus8 or other micro-needeling technique with radio-frequency. I am seeing great results with Morpheus8 and scars. Hope this helps. Dr. P
