What is happening with my eyes and how can it be fixed? (Photos)

Question

The first few pictures are how my eyes used to look. In the pictures after are how they look now. I do not know what is happening and whether it’s a muscular thing or I have lost upper orbital fat. One eye has definitely lost upper orbital fat. That same eye, I can also not squint as as well as as my other one. I really just want an opinion on what this is and how to fix it because I really just want my eyes to go back to the way they were.

Hello, it looks as though there is some asymmetry in the volume within the superior sulcus (sub-brow space) - one side is deeper than the other due to a volume deficiency. May consider doing filler to the superior sulcus to even out the volume distribution. Please ONLY see an experienced oculofacial plastic surgeon for proper evaluation and treatment for this issue.

If you are using lash growth serums such as Latisse or one of the over-the-counter lash growth serums that contain isopropyl cloprostenate, these cause loss of upper eyelid volume within months of use. The literature suggests that this volume loss is reversible when you stop using the product. My experience is that many of these changes are irreversible and have the effect of prematurely aging the appearance. If you are using any of these products, my advice would be to stop using them immediately.
