You are the perfect example of the limitations, setbacks and suboptimal results of chin implants.

Based on your preop situation, you were a perfect candidate for a 2 dimensional augmentation of your chin with iliac bone grafting supply, in order to: increase the vertical height which was massively needed, and gaining some forward augmentation (not so big issue, also needed).

What you perceive now is an imbalance, the forwarding has been achieved (though incompletely, you might still wish to add a tad of forwarding) and no vertical increase added (the implants can'd do this).

I recommend you find a surgeon experienced in multidimensional genioplasties, you are NOT a case for a simple sliding genioplasty... there's no bone that can be slided forward, yours is a primary issue of osseous substansce deficit.

I suggest a combined 3 dimensional technique, besides the former recommendation I'd add a little horizontal narrowing to make your chin round and prevend squaredness at the final result.
