32F, 5’5”, 140 lbs. I’m wondering if some kind of chin augmentation (like a genioplasty or implant) would help my face look better and more defined. Would lipo to the cheeks, chin and neck area also be recommended? I’d like to change my face shape to be more flattering but I’d still like to look like myself.

I do believe that either genioplasty vs chin implant would be a good option for you to build up the volume of your lower face. 2ndarily to that, I think you could also consider buccal fat removal bc it appears as if you may be of Asian ethnicity, which means it's highly likely you will age fine with buccal fat removal compared to another race. I don't really see that you have that much fat to lipo. I think also building up teh cheek bones might be nice for you but I wouldn't do something too aggressive here - filler is probably best.

You appear to be a good candidate for a chin implant.  The chin implant is placed intra-oral so there are no visible scars.
