32F, 5’5”, 140 lbs. I’m wondering if some kind of chin augmentation (like a genioplasty or implant) would help my face look better and more defined. Would lipo to the cheeks, chin and neck area also be recommended? I’d like to change my face shape to be more flattering but I’d still like to look like myself.

Chin implants are very problematic, they dislodge, become visible, irritate nerves, etc, so not anything recommendable, however the main reason not to be indicated for your case is their limitation, they don't provide vertical increase.

Your chin needs a very slight forwarding to gain projection, just a tad, also a moderate broadening to make it not so sharp (cautiously as well), and mainly and utmost it needs vertical increase of height to balance with the rest of your face.

This can be done only with an osseous augmentation genioplasty using iliac bone grafting interpositioned on demand in between the osteotomies.

This is a case for a difficult, comprehensive but in good hands very rewarding augmentation genioplasty, do research well the surgeon's experience, talent and passion for fine work on difficult cases; do perform dozens of in person and online consultations before moving forward.

I do believe that either genioplasty vs chin implant would be a good option for you to build up the volume of your lower face. 2ndarily to that, I think you could also consider buccal fat removal bc it appears as if you may be of Asian ethnicity, which means it's highly likely you will age fine with buccal fat removal compared to another race. I don't really see that you have that much fat to lipo. I think also building up teh cheek bones might be nice for you but I wouldn't do something too aggressive here - filler is probably best.
