I am a back sleeper. Can I get butt implants?

I am a back sleeper and I also have had breast implants so I don’t feel comfortable sleeping on my stomach. While I am prepared for the pain and the long healing, the one thing I’m scared of is not being able to sleep on my back any longer!!
