I am a FTM transgender and my nipples are sore what does this mean?

I have been on T for 7 months now and I have size D breasts. In the past two weeks my nipples have become sore not all the time just sometimes and I don't know if its from the T or if its from the fact that I got my nipples piered and only had them in for on day then took them out. Please help

Yes, based on your photos you would have a pretty satisfactory result from a keyhole surgery which removes breast tissue through an incision around the nipple. This will also help shrink the areola some to give a more masculine appearance. It would not allow relocation of the nipple, however...

Hi,Thanks for the post and photos. Your chest contour is normal for male contour. The roundness you are seeing is the pectoralis muscle. As for the scars, tattooing for scar camouflage vs lasers to reduce the pigmentation can help.Sincerely,Dr. Dadvand
