I am wondering if a lip lift will be better after fat transfer?

I had some wonderful answers when I asked previously about a lip lift but it seems like pictures are necessary. My lips are extremely thin naturally. I had a fat Transfer last year to my top lip and a lot of the fat has dissolved so I will need to get it done again. I am wondering if a lip lift will be better. I measured a philtrum of about 20mm. I also had a rhinoplasty two years ago. I don’t want my nostrils to get a lot wider than they already are please. I am also 19. Thank you!

Thanks for your question. If you could add a photograph which includes the area from the nose tip to the chin, it would be helpful to ascertain whether a lip lift alone would be best for you. Hello karenLip lifts are minor surgical procedures that actually shorten the distance between the nose and upper lip and allow more of your central upper teeth to show both at rest and when you smile. This has sometimes been called the bullhorn procedure because of the shape.
