I am wondering if a lip lift will be better after fat transfer?

I had some wonderful answers when I asked previously about a lip lift but it seems like pictures are necessary. My lips are extremely thin naturally. I had a fat Transfer last year to my top lip and a lot of the fat has dissolved so I will need to get it done again. I am wondering if a lip lift will be better. I measured a philtrum of about 20mm. I also had a rhinoplasty two years ago. I don’t want my nostrils to get a lot wider than they already are please. I am also 19. Thank you!
