you do need liposuction with renuvion however, you will still have sagging and cellulite. if you combine a spiral lift you can get more out of the result. you may also have lipedema that should be managed as well long term. consult someone who specializes in leg contouring. Best, Dr. Emer.
Dear Newmexmommy,it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Based on your photos, it looks like you would benefit from liposuction. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
Lower extremity Liposuction can be challenging and the procedure often does not deliver the results patients had hoped for. This is especially true for upper inner thighs on patients who have even the slightest skin laxity. My first hand experience with Renuvion aka J Plasma was disappointing to the point that I got rid of the equipment. I literally did not see patients have any significant skin tightening whatsoever from this device. I simply could not in good conscience recommend using it. This was after using the device for one year. I’m not sure if they left is the way to go but Renuvion will not deliver skin tightening.Sometimes it’s better to leave good enough alone and that may be the case with your lower extremities. On the second picture they don’t look that disproportionate to the rest of your body.If you do opt to have liposuction on your lower extremities then make absolutely sure your provider has done lower extremity Liposuction numerous times and has before and after pictures to prove it.Best,Mats Hagstrom MD
You will not get a great result from liposuction + renuvion alone, you look as if you have a lot of loose skin that needs skin removal. if you do liposuction + renuvion you will be smaller but still have loose skin. my whole practice is doing lipoabdominoplasty, or at least liposuction with...
The pictures you submitted show a present but very slight asymmetry which I feel would be nicely corrected with a combination of liposuction and fat grafting. While you cannot change the underlying bony asymmetry, it can be nicely concealed with some fat grafting to your hip dip area and some...
