Hi, I wanted to have pointed nose. I squeezed my nose for months with clips etc. now tip has dropped and nose is visibly bigger and ugly. It's been 10 years. I didn't have money also was ashamed to consult any doctor for a remedy to my stupidity which caused nose enlargement. Is there a natural way ? Can I get my original nose shape back. Please respond.

The hump you are referring to is typically made of both cartilage and bone. Unfortunately you can't just rasp this entire area. A rhinoplasty in which the dorsum is exposed and the cartilage is reduced, followed by either rasp or osteotome reduction of the bony portion would be recommended.
