Nose got bigger after squeezing. How to reverse ?

Question

Hi, I wanted to have pointed nose. I squeezed my nose for months with clips etc. now tip has dropped and nose is visibly bigger and ugly. It's been 10 years. I didn't have money also was ashamed to consult any doctor for a remedy to my stupidity which caused nose enlargement. Is there a natural way ? Can I get my original nose shape back. Please respond.

You need to consult with a board certified facial plastic surgeon specializing in rhinoplasty. Some pictures of your nose can help us to determine the proper technique for you.

Squeezing and clips and other devices won't be able to create the shape you seek. Unfortunately creating a smaller and less droopy nose almost certainly requires a surgical rhinoplasty. Thank you for your question.  This is an interesting situation, and I would consult with a board certified facial plastic or general plastic surgeon, who specializes in rhinoplasty to consult with you to help with your nose.  With enough force, you may have permanently altered the shape of your nose (although this is very difficulty to do with clips only).  You may need a rhinoplasty to help reshape and reset the tip and dorsum (nasal bridge).  I hope that this helps,-David Gilpin
