Got treatment ( antibiotics) day 1 of swelling.alao taking antihistamine and ibuprofen at this time. Day 2 had local enzymes injected with helped with the swelling. Day 3 started on oral steroids now left with hard lumps in my cheeks. Very sore hard to eat and talk

There is no reason to be concerned. Antibiotics are used quite frequently for various infections in patients with existing filler and there has been no evidenced that the use of antibiotics affects filler's longevity nor their expected metabolism.
I recommend patients wait two weeks between injections to allow the swelling and bruising to resolve so the injector has an accurate idea of what areas need to be filled. You should wait an additional week before your next injection. Hope this helps!
