Is my Nose infected 4 days after rhinoplasty? (Photos)

Question

I got a Rhinoplasty OP 4 days ago ad I’m starting to notice a pink small ball looking thing in my left nostril. I been cleaning my nostrils with hydrogen peroxide with a cotton swab on both nostrils. I also notice that the side with the pink looking ball leaks a bit more than the other one, the leakage is not mucus but more watery and yellow. What can it be?

The photo is not very clear but there does appear to be a pink ball visible which could indicate a collection of blood, serum or an infection. I would advise for you to go and have an examination by your surgeon.

I recommend following up with your surgeon for an evaluation. Keep in mind, your nose and surrounding areas are going to be swollen for a while and you should be consulting the surgeon that performed the procedure. However, give yourself some time. It can take up to a year for final results.
