I had open rhinoplasty done 2 weeks ago today. My bridge was lowered, tip sculpted, and nostrils taken in. I was putting the scar cream on the outside of my nostrils and when I touched an area of it on the outside of my nose I could feel pressure on the inside of my nose a good half inch from where I was cleaning. Is this an internal stitch that could be under my skin? Should I be concerned?
