Wondering which procedure yields the best results, least downtime and affordable cost. I'm 29, two kids (not having anymore) and my only issue is the mild to moderate loose skin left around/above my belly button. I have a flat stomach, minimal fat, and a slight diastasis but am not interested in a TT. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!! Especially from Doctors with experience and located in close proximity to CT. Thank you!!!

Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

Your question is very specific and makes the answer quite straight forward.You mentioned you are done with babies----skin tightening and (non invasive) fat reduction procedures can also be done before you are done having children. I personally believe that skin tightening between children is  advantageous as each child adds successive quantitative and qualitative damage to the abdominal skin making the final result after you are in fact done with children far from optimal.You mentioned you have slight diastasis but do not want a tummy tuck.  At 29 you may be able to avoid muscle repair, however, at older ages the diastasis gets worse with age as the tissues weaken and abdominal bulging, back pain, gastrointestinal symptoms may result.In terms of your skin issue: in office Profound is all you will need. Profound will both repair the qualitative as well as tighten your periumbilcal skin; in some cases I will add another skin tightening modality if we are NOT satisfied with the final non invasive result.Hope this helps

In order to tighten skin the options are invasive , non invasive and surgery . The general rule of thumb in medicine /cosmetics  is the more invasive a treatment the more dramatic the results, the longer the recovery and higher the costs  . There is no magic bullet that provides least invasive , best results and cheapest costs . Each treatment has it pro/cons and ideal candidates . Of the choices you listed ( I have worked with all of them )  there is no doubt J plasma will provide the most tightening . This uses a different form of energy than other modalities . The recovery is 2-3 days and requires a minimally invasive approach . Costs vary from practice to practice , but it would be similar or just slightly higher to the other options listed .
