Ehlers-Danlos and skin tightening? (photo)

I have a autoimmune disorder, ehlers-danlos syndrome type 3. It makes my skin and joints stretchy & hyper flexible. What would the best type of treatment be to treat sagging skin and to reduce fat? Ive never had a child (24 yo) & yet my tummy hangs as if I have for years. That is my main area of concern. Ive worked out and watched what I ate for years and it still hangs so much. I’ve recently lost weight (35lb) and I do plan to lose about 15-20 more. I’m currently 5’8 around 180lbs

As you know that Ehlers- Danlos Syndrome is a very rare inherited connective tissue disorder with abnormal collagen synthesis, resulting in cutaneous fragility, hyperextensiblity and joint hypermobility.
All skin tightening procedures rely upon the body's natural ability to produce healthy collagen and elastin. It is unclear if any of the skin tightening procedures that are currently available can induce adequate  Neo-collagenesis in your condition.
Stem cell therapy has helped in some individuals with hypermobility of the joints.  I am currently treating one of my EDS patient with a combination treatment of Radiofrequency and Platelet Rich Plasma. She has experienced some improvement with her sagging skin in the neck and lower face area.
Coolsculpting combined with Radiofrequency for skin tightening is worth a try in my opinion.
Since this is such a rare condition, it is very crucial that you obtain an expert opinion.
