I had silicone breast implants about 8 years ago and 3 days ago few to Colorado from Texas. On my second night here I started hearing popping and gurgling sounds , from my chest! While I've been reading this is normal for high altitudes for those that have recently had surgery, I couldn't find anything for ones that were older. I've flown many times in the past and this is the first time I've had this issue. Is this normal??

Yes, this can absolutely be done and is called a few different
names. The areola reduction can be referred to as a donut mastopexy, Benelli or
concentric lift. It is very common to have these two procedures together.
It really depends on the preferences of the surgeon and on the technique used. Personally I don't ask patients to wear any strap, and not even a bra, unless they feel more comfortable with it. You should check with your surgeon, and follow his/her postop directions.
I appreciate your question.
You would need to be cleared for surgery by both your Neurologist and Primary Care doctor to confirm that it ok for you to proceed with elective surgery.
The best way to assess and give
true advice would be an in-person exam.
