According to the surgical protocol, skin, medial and central fat pads, as well as an orbicularis muscle strip were removed, and knot sutures were placed on the orbicularis muscle and aponeurosis. 1:Before surgery, 2:After surgery, in the morning, 3:After surgery too, in the evening or after heavy visual strain. It's the asymmetrical lid crease that bothers me most. I think that the function of the musculature is disturbed and this causes the asymmetry.
