Answer: Hairline That depends on a variety of factors, most importantly your donor area. You simply may not have a thick enough donor area to get a reasonable density over such a large area of your scalp. In general it is better to be conservative with transplants to avoid over harvesting or just making a hairline that's too low, and neither of those issues can be easily solved. Talk to your doctor about the possibility of having a second procedure if you are still worried, you will probably have to wait until you've seen the final results of this one first.

Answer: Hair line still looks too high if anatomy of the forehead scalp is feasible to having a lower frontal hair line, you may have it. I advice you have a FUE; you would get the desired hairline in just one sesssion of dense packing hair transplant. Hair grafting/ transplant can be an option or forehead reduction and correcting asymmetry on your frontal hair line/forelock.

Answer: Hairline location after hair transplant It's easy to lower a hairline, but extremely difficult to raise a hairline (i.e. correcting a hairline that was placed too low by prior surgery). I would give it at least 6 months before you make your final judgement on the hairline. If it still bothers you after 6-12 months, you can consider lowering/adjusting the hairline at that time (assuming you have available donor hair). I recommend following up with your hair surgeon if you have any concerns.

Answer: Certainly can be changed Certainly, in the future you can change you hairline. I personally do not think the overall location or contour is bad, but you do have a sharp point that is a bit off center (at least in the photos). I do recommend growing you hair out to you desired length. If you are going to have it longer, these concerns will likely never be seen.
