Im now over 2month of my hair transplant (4500graft). I have (had) soft straight hair. Ive seen many ppl whos hair direction where upward after surgery and had to use hair gel to fix it. As you can see my hair growth is upward too (the picture is actually the remaining hair after shedding faze) so when the rest of the hairs grow do they grow upward too? If not how long does it take for hair to look natural (downward as before)? (My surgeon is out of reach so i had to ask here) Thank you in advance

Answer: If the hair graft is transplanted in the direction that is not natural, you cannot fix it.
It shouldn't be an issue, just be careful about wearing a tight woolen hats- make sure if you wear them, put them on and take them off carefully. The weather itself shouldn't affect your grafts.
In general you should follow your doctor's diagnosis if you trust them. Procapil isn't proven to aid hair like Minoxidil is, but it certainly won't hurt and there shouldn't be any problems with it, especially if Minoxidil is giving you problems.
With this degree of hair loss, it's unlikely minoxidil or finasteride will have much effect. Hair loss in men is driven by genetics. A hair transplant might provide some density in the very front depending on the donor area. A multivitamin will not provide much benefit for your hair - if any at all.
