If the hair graft is transplanted in the direction that is not natural, you cannot fix it.  You change the direction of hair after the surgery.  That is why choosing the right surgeon or clinic is so important.  Not being able to reach your doctor is also a red flag.

The angle and direction of growth of hair grafts is 100% determined at the time of surgery. Each one of those hair grafts must be placed in the proper direction and angle in order to obtain the most natural results. After surgery, the angle and direction of growth will not change, and that is why it is very important for the hair transplant surgeon to pay proper attention to these details during the surgery. In your case, it is somewhat hard to determine based on this picture and only time will tell if the grafts will grow in the proper angle and direction. I recommend following up with your hair transplant surgeon or a hair expert in your area.
