I was diagnosed with Chiari malformation back when I was 16yrs old. I'm 29 now and I'm doing fine. I haven't had any major pain(other than headaches every now and then) but no other issues. I feel pretty healthy. I want to get my nose done, Jaw surgery, and possibly a breast augmentation. Am I able to have these procedures done? Or will having CM prevent me from getting cosmetic surgery done?

Plastic surgeons while aware of chiari malformation certainly are not experts on this. Therefore, prior to having surgery, you would need to get clearance from your neurologist or neurosurgeon as well as meet with the anesthesia team prior to undergoing surgery.

There is no reason you can not have any of the surgeries you mentioned having a known Chiari malformation. Even in otherwise healthy patients with VP shunts they can undergo any form of aesthete face or body surgery.
