Is there a way I can fix my uneven and tense sternocleidomastoid on the right side of my neck? (photo)

For a while now my right sterno muscle has been really tense and bothersome, and it's really hard to focus in class because of this. I find that whenever I sit down it becomes much more tense. I also noticed that it appears to be thicker then on the left side. Can you tell me what's wrong with me and how to fix it?

Patients with questions and concerns about their neck  should follow up and address those concerns with the surgeon that performed the operation. Generally, plastic surgeons in the US don't follow up patients that underwent plastic surgery outside the US due to the liability.
