Answer: BBL or tummy tuck It depends in your priorities. If you want to have both and want to use the fat from the belly to inject into the butt, then have the BBL first. However, you have fat in many other locations from which the fat can be harvested. Additionally , financial considerations must be taken into account. I see many patients who talk about multiple procedures until they have to deal with the bottom line. Let's face it-plastic surgery is wonderful but patients still want to go on vacation, pay their kids' tuition, improve or save for a home, etc. You really need the tummy tuck. If you have a BBL alone, you are still going to have a large, overhanging belly which just isn't attractive. You should be at a weight with which you are comfortable before either of these surgeries.
