Question

I had the facelift 3 years ago, and noted immediately after swelling was subsiding that I was left with festoons , wand malar/buccal fat pad displacement,. & severe ocular dry eye.) I was told to allow a year to see final results, and after about 1 1/2 year mrk was asked to come into office for in office correction only to be told to await email from coordinator. I received a bill for surgical correction of the displaced cheeks, heavy nasolabial folds, and developed festoons. Please advise

So much in surgery depends on not only what is done but who is doing it.

A “Quicklift” is not a “Deep Plane” lift. The Quicklift as described by Dr. Brandy in Pittsburgh (who is not a board certified plastic surgeon) is a technique to lift the deeper facial structures with a modified MACS (minimal access cranial suspension) technique. The results are similar to a SMAS plication technique but can lift the mid face more. 
A “Deep plane” facelift involves limited skin undermining in the face with a deep undermining of the SMAS and release of the facial ligaments prior to lifting. Many believe the results are longer lasting.

I would ask your surgeon for suggestions if you are unhappy.
