Why do I have these things under corner of lip (right side) and ball where my jowl was? Left side, after MACS lift (Photo)

I had a macs lift in March and this was not expected at all. Dr said it's my muscle and he is put fat there but if he removed it it would be worse. Before this I've already had two fat transfers.
