I've had 325cc before they look a little bigger than that to me, regardless they should look a lot bigger, I'm very happy but I just want to know a legit reason why. Do not say bc they need to fluff, I'm not swollen at all

Answer: Size with new implants Thanks for the great question! There's a few different things going on. The first thing is that not all 650cc implants are the same. Because we are able to choose the width and projection of the implant, two implants of the same volume may look totally different. One implant may look like a pancake while the other looks like a softball! So when you see women with other implants of the same volume, we don't know what width or projection they are. The second thing is when other women post photos, we don' have any idea how big they are. If there is one woman who is 5'2" 105lbs vs another woman who is 5'8" 160lbs, the same 650cc implant is going to look totally different in both of them. In my opinion, your breasts do look larger in your new photos compared to the old ones. If you're unhappy with how things look, then I would go back and explain this to your surgeon. Best of luck and congratulations on surgery!~Dr. Sieber
