Hi! 3 months ago I did a jaw reducing/V-line. To be honest I cant see the "big difference". My jaw is a little bit smaller. Im so disappointed. Anyways, I want to reduce my cheekbones, but im so afraid of facial sagging. I rather have big face than facial sagging. So after seeing this pic, what do you guys recommend? Should I do another jaw reducing (to get a smaller face), or cheekbones? I guess its not smart to do both at the same time since the risk of sagging is bigger then?

Cheekbone reduction of any significance is done by osteotomies and plates and screws which would be visible by any form of x-ray imaging. Cheekbone reduction by burring is less detectable as no hardware is implanted in the procedure.
