How long before I can have new butt implants after the old ones are removed? (photos)

Question

I had butt implants put on the outside of the muscles. As you can see they are becoming deformed moving around and not in place anymore. I’m planning on having them removed completely and replaced with new ones behind the muscles. What type of Implants are the best on the market now? There will be a butt lift included as you see there was one previously done that’s why the implants was placed outside of the muscles I was his first butt Implant patient.

The buttocks of each person heal differently so it is very difficult to predict how your buttocks will look after removing the implants. Many times after implant removal, the buttocks look deflated. However, some buttocks return to their original appearance. Much of this depends on the elasticity of the patient’s skin and how far the tissue was stretched by the implants.
You should really seek out a board certified PS who is an expert at both buttock implants and BBL, because there are many considerations here including whether the implants should be removed or repositioned, amount of fat available, amount of subcutaneous tissue above the implants, the list continues. Recommend that you wait three months for the butt implant pockets to heal before transferring the fat to the buttocks

replacing your implants is going to be a much more complicated procedure than you probably envision.  Comfort I would keep my expectations on the low side.  Talk to board-certified plastic surgeons who have extensive experience with gluteal implants.  The majority of plastic surgeons in the United States don’t offer this procedure and there’s a reason for it.  Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
