I am a 23 year old male and I have been suffering from hair loss since I was a teenager. It's been progressing very slowly. I still have my hair but I have lost volume and my frontal hairline recedes in the typical M shape. I don't currently have the money for any expensive procedures or anything like that, but I have read people have had success with microneedling. How would I perform this treatment at home? Needle size? Any topical products to apply? Should I not do it at all? Thanks!

The frontal hairline is challenging. You likely have a mix of miniaturized and maturing hairs. Your age, genetics, current treatments, and results from blood tests will determine when they will fall.
Oily scalp can caused because of the food you consume or it can be your body type. It does not have a connection wıth fınasteride use. Its better ıf you geta consultation face to face.
