I had started losing hair since my teens and got bald at the age of 25 so had a hair transplant in 2016 and which was a good decision. I am using minoxidil and finestride since 2017 so reduce hairfall but my scalp remains very oily. i wash my hair every day in the morning but it gets visibly oily in 5-6 hours and i have to wash them again i heard that is due to high dht level but how can i fix it? it also causes hair fall of the remaining hair.

The results of minoxidil will not be affected by the scarf. I would suggest leaving a few minutes between applying the minoxidil and putting on the scarf so it has time to absorb.
In a few patients, raising the dose of finasteride has helped maintain or better the results that they have but it raises the risks of sexual side effects.
