Hi! I currently have almost 15 year implants, with no complications. However, I want to switch from saline to silicone and increase from 300cc to about 500cc through the nipple. I am potentially on the fence to have a baby, but not sure. Should I get my revision now or wait until after baby? If I get it now, will I want to get a breast lift in the future. For reference , I have very little breast tissue.

Actually, you have more support keeping the implants behind the muscle, better upper breast fullness, and hide the implant edge when the implants are behind the muscle. You might need to go down in size some and use mesh for better internal support. Do not go larger.
No, please do not go larger. Your breasts are now heavy from the additional weight of the implants and your tissue is stretching and not supporting that weight. Women who need lifts already have stretched and thinned their own tissue and adding more weight makes this worse. You should go smaller...
The main problem is your pectus causing the breasts to tilt inwardly. If you go down in size, the breasts will not be as large and this tilt will not be as noticeable. Your surgeon can also tighten your medial pockets so the implants cannot shift medially as much as they do now.
