Your implants are not too small for the pockets. The stretch marks are from the mechanical load of your large implants. You would actually benefit from smaller implants and possibly lateral and inferior plication. You may also need the inferior skin resected to make the breasts look more attractive.

No, please do not go larger. Your breasts are now heavy from the additional weight of the implants and your tissue is stretching and not supporting that weight. Women who need lifts already have stretched and thinned their own tissue and adding more weight makes this worse. You should go smaller or remove the implants and lift again.

To make an accurate assessment regarding the outcome of a plastic surgery procedure we need as much detailed information as possible. This usually means a complete set of proper before and after pictures. If you’ve had more than one operation, then you should include before and after pictures for each previous procedure. If you don’t have before, and after pictures, then ask your surgeon to forward the pictures they took. it would also be important to know if your implants were placed below the muscle.
It looks like your envelope is holding up the implant, and that your implants are bottom out. Ideally, the implants should be secure in place by the anatomic pocket surgeon creates to hold the implant which should be held in place by fiber of the pus muscle.
