I'm a 21 y.o male and have always felt something was "off" about my nose, I've started to realize it's really crooked and goes inward. I have no breathing problems but hate how it looks like it's caving in one side. I just want a sculpted straight small nose. Could filler help the appearance without making it look wide? Or is rhinoplasty the better option? If neither of these would improve I'd rather leave it alone than have a weird / artificial looking nose. I really want to fix this. Thanks
Answer: #Nonsurgical rhinoplasty using fillers I do believe the appearance of your nose could be improved with a small amount of filler. Please comsult a board-certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon who is an advanced injector for the best results.

CONTACT NOW Answer: Filler great option for small, natural corrections of the nose I think a hyaluronic acid filler such as restylane would do a great job of balancing the appearance of your nose in a very natural and pleasing way. Be sure to go to an experienced injector as there is an "art" to filler nose enhancements.

Answer: Nonsurgical Nose Jobs Can Recontour A "Caved In" Side Of The Nose From the photos provided in this question, it would appear that the primary defect is the concave depressed area on the left side of the nose. I have been performing nonsurgical nose jobs for nearly fifteen years and treating these kinds of problem, in fact, I have a great before and after photo in my own collection of the exact same problem having been successfully treated in a matter of five minutes.Consultation with an experienced injector is important. If you wish to "try out" the new look before actual treatment, you can discuss with your physician the injection of a small amount of saline or dilute anesthetic. The effect typically lasts about five minutes, enough time to give you a good idea of the aesthetic benefit you can expect. For this problem I prefer to use a combination of Radiesse and Perlane L in my Upper East Side Manhattan practice and Radiesse and Stylage XXL in my Israel satellite office where a far greater number of regulatory agency approved products are available

Answer: Nasal Deformity: Surgery vs. Fillers You appear to have a nose that is deviated to the left, over-projected, under-rotated, with a subtle hump. Seeing an experienced Rhinoplasty Surgeon would be prudent. It has been my experience that fillers for noses are a temporizing measure.Surgery can give you the result you wish for life. Ask the surgeon you make an appointment with if they do computer imaging. That way, they can show you "realistically" based upon your anatomy, what can be done with a filler versus surgery.

Answer: Crooked nose Review of your pictures suggest that you may be a candidate for non-surgical rhinoplasty using fillers. You seem to have a contour defect on the left sidewall of your nose. Filler injected into this area (supra-periosteal) may elevate and fill the defect sufficiently to improve the nasal wall alignment. Find a provider who is experienced in this type of injection.
