Will a lower facelift/mini lift correct errors from a botched submental liposculpture? (Photos)

I had submental liposculpture to help with my double chin. The first time it was lopsided. They went back to correct it and they took too much so now I have a sort of caved in look. I'm VERY self conscious about it and have begun staying in the house. This of course has lead to other issues. Help please. (I'll post photos from various angles)
