Far more important than the technique is the skill and experience of your plastic surgeon. Choose your surgeon rather than the technique and let them explain why one technique may be better than another.  See the below link on some suggestions on finding the most qualified Plastic Surgeon for you.  Always insist on a board certified plastic surgeon.

I would recommend waiting a year after the second procedure. A face/necklift can improve the lower neck.

Thanks for sharing.  After a certain amount of aging, chin lipo alone will not be adequate to achieve the results desired.  I believe a lower face and neck lift is needed to treat the fat and loose skin.  Consult with a few experienced facelift surgeons.

Hello and thank you for your question.  I am sorry to hear about these issues with your neck.  The
best advice you can receive is from an in-person consultation.  Based on
your photographs, you may benefit from a necklift and a lower facelift.  This decision should
be based on a detailed discussion with equal input from both you
and your surgeon.   Make sure you specifically look
at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery
performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.   The most
important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend
that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who
can evaluate you in person.
