Looking to improve this slight hooding of my brow (active, noticable when smiling) especially on my left side. I'm guessing botox would help but would something like a plasma pen treatment work longer term?
Answer: Eyebrow hooding Neurotoxin treatment and adding volume (filler vs fat grafting) are the mainstay of NON surgical treatments to help treat the lateral brow hooding.

Answer: Fillers Can Work Well & Immediately For A Nonsurgical Eyebrow Lift An appropriate HA Filler properly injected into the temple region above, as well as under the lateral third of the eyebrow would likely give you the lift you seek. A couple of microdroplets of Botox to the tail region of the eyebrow would further promote the lift and likely increase the durability of the improvement. In experienced hands, the aforementioned treatments should take no more than about fifteen minutes to perform. As both, particularly the filler treatment, is an advanced injection technique, you would be wise to seek consultation and treatment by an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist filler expert. Hope this helps and best of luck.

Answer: Eyebrow ptosis A surgical approach is going to be far better than any non-surgical treatments. Carefully placed Botox to weaken the upper part of the orbicularis muscle can help and still can use eyedrops containing oxymetazoline hydrochloride Using Botox to raise the eyelid is tricky and can potentially cause undesirable side effects creating the opposite outcome Medical options are inherently, limited, compared to what surgery can accomplish for this.
