Question

After a lateral brow lift and upper eyelid lift surgeries a year ago, I'm dissatisfied. Initially, I sought an endoscopic brow lift, but my doctor recommended a lateral brow lift instead. However, this resulted in an overly arched eyebrow and increased droopiness at the front, giving me an angry appearance. Additionally, the upper eyelid lift caused sagging skin and closure on my right eye's inner corner, which wasn't an issue before. The surgeries also altered my almond eye

Based on these photos you may be a candidate for endorsement brow lift in order to improve eyebrow arch and lift outside one third of the brow. The other option would be a conservative fat grafting along the upper orbital rim which visually looks like eyebrow lift. You will need someone very experienced in both of these techniques. To make an accurate assessment regarding the outcome of any plastic surgery procedure we generally need to see a complete set of proper before and after pictures, and understand the timeframe of when the pictures were taken from the date of surgery.
From the picture included it makes me wonder why you had a brow lift?
 A lateral lifted brow is generally considered much better than a brow that is drooping laterally.
Dan Ward sloping brows tend to create more about sad luck versus those who have peaked lateral browse.
It’s very difficult to get an idea of what was done.
I suggest you ask your provider to forward a complete set of proper before and after pictures and use those in reference.
It’s simply hard to make an assessment when we don’t really understand where you started from.
As I mentioned earlier, I also didn’t see a strong indication for having needed the procedure.
Follow up with your provider and have them address your concerns.
