How can I get my eyes symmetrical? (Photo)

Question

Just noticed that my eyes are super asymmetric, was wondering how I could get them to match my left side more (the one with the eyebrow growing normal.) I am an 18 year old male, 155 pounds, 5'9" and I have normal skin I think. I tend to sleep on my right side as well so maybe that could be why my right side looks so bad? I am not sure. And also, is it possible to have my right eyebrow grow normal?

Your eyebrows are quite low and below the orbital rim.  You may benefit from a browlift to pull the eyebrows to a more normal location.

The human face is asymmetrical in all people.
From your pictures, the degree of a symmetry of your eyes is very mild, and it is very much within normal limits.
Most people have more asymmetry than you do.
There is no treatment indicated or needed.
The human brain is accustomed to seeing all peoplewith facial symmetry as being normal.
In fact, if you look at computer generated symmetrical faces, they have an odd and unfamiliar appearance, because we have never seen a person who had a symmetrical face.
