Just noticed that my eyes are super asymmetric, was wondering how I could get them to match my left side more (the one with the eyebrow growing normal.) I am an 18 year old male, 155 pounds, 5'9" and I have normal skin I think. I tend to sleep on my right side as well so maybe that could be why my right side looks so bad? I am not sure. And also, is it possible to have my right eyebrow grow normal?

With the loss of weight, people will lose fat that supports the eyes and can make the eyes look more receding. You have not stated anything about your weight but that may be a cause to your problem. I suggest a medical evaluation by an internal medicine physician.
