As far as options for fixing things, there are a few. Implants on their own can restore lost volume and help smooth out some of the wrinkling if sagging isn’t too severe. A breast lift reshapes the breast and tightens the skin, which helps with perkiness, but it doesn’t add fullness at the top. For many women with changes like yours, a combination of a lift and implants is the most complete solution, since it addresses both the lack of volume and the stretched skin.
If you know you want another child in the next year or so, you might consider waiting for the full “fix,” but it’s also completely understandable if you’d like to enjoy feeling more confident in your body now. Either way, you have great options, and it really comes down to what will make you feel happiest and most comfortable.

In general, I recommend an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and be measured. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. While there are no absolute rules, I recommend reaching a healthy stable weight with a recommended BMI as close to normal (BMI less than 30) as possible before considering elective cosmetic surgery.

With regards to your specific question, I would discourage surgery if you plan to have more children in the near future. I would allow weight to stabilize before surgical planning (6 months post pregnancy or 3 months post cessation of breastfeeding).
