I received laser treatment to treat facial Spider veins yesterday. The nurse said these marks were trapped blood, and to help I should massage these areas when applying my moisturizer. Bur I've had Spider Vein treatments before, and never had this side effect, and am a bit nervous. Is it normal? What can I do to help them go away?

Hello, If your arms are too thin and veins are too visible, then fat transfer may help. More than one sitting will be required and it can be done under local anaesthesia as outpatient procedure. Other option will be hyaluronic acid temporary fillers.
