15 years ago, I had fat injections in my nasolabial folds. The injection caused a few broken blood vessels. I have since tried IPL, YAG, Diode and V-Beam. Each practitioner has been confident in their ability to zap the veins easily.... but, they have always returned after a few days. 2 weeks ago I tried the Yellow Laser. But again, the spider veins returned 100% after a few days. The settings were: Spot 1.0 mm, 16 J/cm2, 6 Hz What setting could I request for a more aggressive approach?
