I did a soft tissue chin reduction and it ruined my face. How can I fix this? (Photo)

I am a 27 year old female. I did a soft tissue chin reduction in 2021. While it improved my profile, it completely ruined the front view of my face. I have fallen into sever depression and don’t go out without a mask on. The narrowness of my chin is gone.. it is distorted and wide looking which gives me the appearance of jowls and heavy lower face which I never had before. Please help, how can I fix this!?
