Filler? Reconstructive surgery? It's mild, but I would like to fill it in at some point only if it's safe.

Great question. Even in young patients we can see some aging changes around the eyes that result in some hollowing. Filler is an excellent option for addressing some of these areas. Surgery is a more permanent option, with some added downtime and cost. Hope this helps!

Thank you for the photo and the question.  As we age, we all tend to lose volume to the face.  From the photo provided, it seems that you have lost volume to your left lateral infraorbital space more so than your right.

Filler would be a great option here.  Hyaluronic acid filler or Bellafill would work well to raise the depressions.  Bellafill will have better longevity--will depend on which product your doctor is most comfortable using.
