What creams and lotions do you recommend for skin elasticity? (photos)

Consult with your surgeon. But i don't allow any topical products until everything is closed and healed. Honestly there is nothing on the market that will significantly improve the elasticity of breast tissue.  Unfortunately that is the down side to removing breast implants and not replacing them. All the best to you.

You should check with your own PS concerning the specific use of anything on your skin post-operatively.That being said, I don't know of any creams, lotions or other treatments that improve skin elasticity.  Some newer treatments (such as laser) show promise but I don't think you can count on consistently good results with them (yet).That is part of the reason that a lift and/or implants are often advised in association with breast implant removal.  Implant removal alone (ie, explant) can be successful but patients (and doctors) need to have a sense of what the reasonable range of results would look like before proceeding.I hope that this helps and good luck,Dr. Alan EnglerMember of RealSelf100
