CoolSculpting after thyroid cancer?

Question

I had Stage II (because of my age) Papillary Thyroid cancer with 77 lymph nodes and my thyroid removed. Is Coolsculpting out? i'm thinking I have fewer lymph nodes, so it may not drain properly? not sure if thats a stupid question. Are there other fat reduction options that are better? Thanks

If you're finished with your treatment, you should be able to have Coolsculpting. Keep in mind, for best results with Coolsculpting, a combination approach is needed. I recommend adding radiofrequency treatments like Vanquish, Venus Legacy, Exilis Ultra for skin tightening and with Z wave/Cellutone for skin smoothing. If your surgery was recent, you would certainly not want to do any cosmetic procedure until you are completely healed. An evaluation in person would certainly be necessary before advice can be given, but your previous diagnosis and surgery are not contraindications. For your own good you should recheck your pathology report because your memory of the lymph node count may be off.
